KHC overcomes five-goal deficit to reach the third place.

MHA Cup Men Luxol vs KHC  23:26(16:11)

In an amazing finish, where Luxol scored only five goals in the last quarter, KHC manage to turn the game and win by 3 goals.

Luxol made it looks easy in the first half, taking a commanding 16:11 lead, as they were more accurate and efficient compare to KHC.

From the start of the second half, KHC steadily closed the gap and on the 43” min they equalise the game.

Thanks to a staller performance of the goal-keeper, Brian Agius, KHC managed to pull in front and take one-goal lead 10 minutes before the end.

KHC scored 3 goals in a row 5 minutes before the end to secure a win over Luxol. The goals were spread over the players which proved none of us is as strong as all of us.

Div.1 Women Phoenix vs KCH 24:25 (13:20)

KHC started the match as expected with few turnovers and accurate shots. 

In the second half, KHC club quickly developed a ten-goal distance as their defence toughened up.  The ten-goal difference gave coach the chance to give time to younger players.

The two sisters, Emma and Gaby Xuereb, lead the score board with 10 and 7 goals. A special mention for one more time to Irene Drugovic who was orchestrating every attack

On the other games ETE/Valletta lost from Aloysians 38-24((19:8), U15 boys and U21 girls won against Phoenix.
